Meet Morgana
A HAPPY, INDEPENDENT & LOVING GIRL: Approx. 3 years old / Approx. 50 lbs. Hi, my name’s Morgana! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. The volunteers took great care of me when I was at the shelter and now I’m in a wonderful foster home having a great time there! I’m ready to find my furever family, so if you’re looking for a sweet Hound mix, I could be the one! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met dogs at Mostly Mutts, and I liked playing with them! I am very friendly and would enjoy a doggie companion. So, if you have a nice dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I recently met a few young kids at Mostly Mutts, and I was sweet with them. I was also gentle and gave them some kisses. If you have kids at home, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I appear to have been trained not to come into the kitchen or bedrooms and not to go upstairs, as I have shown my foster family that I don’t do these things. Also, I may have only been allowed on one piece of furniture as I only get on one couch in my foster home. I love that couch and choose to sleep there throughout the night as well as play with toys by myself on the couch while lying down which is quite adorable to watch. I’m super friendly and sweet but also have that independent and stubborn Hound nature at times and I don’t feel the need to follow my people around all the time. My foster reports that I absolutely love some outside time, so she plays with me in the yard, and I love that! I also love exploring my yard daily as it’s large and there are lots of things to sniff which makes me happy. I really want a fenced yard in my new home! Some days I choose to be a couch potato and other days I love to run around and play. My foster says that I’m a very sweet, curious and easy dog to foster. / Energy level: 6-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: At Mostly Mutts I learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’ and ‘come’ commands and I’m sure you can teach me more. I’m not really interested in learning a lot of new things in my foster home right now, but I’m very well behaved. / My crate manners were good at Mostly Mutts and in my foster home, though I don’t seem to need a crate at all as I have not bothered with anything when my fosters are away or during the night. / My potty manners are great in my foster home! I sit at the door as a signal that I need to go outside. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I’m not loud in general, but I do like to bark and howl, as Hounds do, when I’m happy, and if another dog talks to me, I’ll talk back to them. I love people, exploring the great outdoors with my nose and I’m always ready to chase after something, even if it’s just a leaf – lol! I also like to beg for food but remember I don’t enter the kitchen area so you can limit that. I enjoy cuddling – not all the time, but when I ask for it please. / I don’t think I’d be happy without a fenced yard to explore and play with my family in. Car rides seem new to me, so they may take just a little getting used to. Otherwise, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, and exercise. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I am looking for a loving home with a great family for life! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
Adoption Process
Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process
Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following:
Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care.

The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org.
Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family!
