Meet Charlie VII

Charlie was surrendered with his friend Lady.  He follows her every where!  He is very well behaved, sleeps in his crate and never heard him bark.  He just likes to roam around the yard sniffing, typical beagle behavior.  He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home.  He is a very handsome beagle boy!
