Meet Tod

Meet Tod!   Tod is a 9-year-old, 18 lb chi/shiba inu mix (with the cutest chunky build!) looking for a forever home. His mom is currently hospitalized long-term, and with her blessing, Tod’s family has made the difficult decision to rehome him so he can have the stability and love he deserves.   This sweet boy has a gorgeous double coat, but not ideal for anyone with allergies. He’s spry for his age and loves a good game of fetch. Tod gets along well with dogs of all sizes, and he previously lived with cats. He knows his name, comes when called, and has great house manners—no accidents inside and uses the doggy door like a pro.   Tod is already neutered and is adjusting beautifully to crate feeding on a schedule after being free-fed and spoiled with human food. He’s learning quickly and doing well on kibble. While he can be vocal—whining or groaning when he wants attention—it just adds to his personality and charm.   If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and loyal little guy who will keep you smiling, Tod may be your match!
