Meet Abby

The Connor Doggy Hotel picked up their newest guest, Miss Abby Abby is a 16 week old Afghan-Poodle mix! As you can see by her whiplike tail, and long snoot - she’s very hound like! She’s received a set of puppy vaccinations with our rescue, and will need 1 more set to complete her medical along with her spay which our rescue provides. She only weighs 20 pounds right now, and is allllll legs! She will probably weigh about 50 pounds fully grown. (We think)  Abby has a heart full of joy and just the right amount of chaos. She’s tall, elegant, and looks like she could be walking the runway—until she trips over her own paws trying to catch a leaf. Abby is equal parts goofy and glamorous, a quirky little soul with a big personality and a talent for making everyone laugh without even trying.  She’s so far 75/25 on potty training, a stable home with a routine will put her at 100%. She walks great on a leash and rode in the car like an angel. Abby would do best in a home with other dogs who like to play, and owners who are home more often than not. A home with considerate children would be ok, as she’s young and playful but still gentle. Abby is not currently crate trained so this is something she needs to learn. She’s a young pup with a lot of energy. Abby’s been bounced around as a pup, we want her to have the most stable and consistent forever home! If that’s you, please apply online! 4luckydogs.org
