Mowgli is a chihuahua pug mix, who came to us with his buddy Poe, as a surrender. Their owner passed away and the family was devastated to have to give them up, but they were unable to care for them. This little guy is such a sweetheart, he is calm and gentle and enjoys being pet. He loves his treats and is definitely deserving of them.
