Meet Bobo

ADOPTION PENDINGBobo was having himself a bit of a neighborhood wander one day and had the good fortune of running into a very kind man who picked him up and took him home. The man tried very hard to find Bobo's owners but with no luck. Bobo proved himself to be a really sweet old man and got along well with the other dogs at the kind man's house, but unfortunately this could not be Bobo's forever home. The man just could not take on another dog. So, through a network of rescue contacts Bobo has come to SouthEast Beagle Rescue and we are delighted to have him! He is indeed a really good boy and is doing well in his new foster home. He is fine with other dogs and may even enjoy playing with some. However he does love his food and that should always be respected by the others. Bobo appears to be house broken and even knows some basic commands. Petting and lap time is much appreciated by him, but he is not too "needy". The kind man who kept him for a while said, "Honestly, he's about as easy a dog to have as you can reasonably imagine." We don't know how Bobo might be in a home with cats, but he did encounter strays once on a walk and pretty much ignored them. He is fairly quiet, only baying for good reason and then not incessantly. Bobo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and ready for his sleepover!
