Meet Dove

Dove is a 1-2 year-old sweetheart with a big heart and even bigger potential. This loving girl may not have had the best start when it comes to doggy socialization, but she’s been learning quickly in her foster home and has already made great progress. While she was unsure around other dogs at first (and might try to be the boss with a playful nip!), she’s now happily romping around with two of her foster siblings. Dove would thrive as the only dog in the home or with a calm, well-matched companion. She’s great with kids, fully potty trained, hasn’t been tested with cats yet. Her favorite things? Toys, cuddling on the couch, and greeting you like you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to her, even if you’ve only been gone for an hour! Dove is loyal, affectionate, and just wants a family who will give her the time and space to feel safe and loved. In return, she’ll be your biggest fan, cuddle buddy, and devoted companion.PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good.
