Meet Clementine

**ALL ADOPTIONS INCLUDE A HOME VISIT. YOU MUST LIVE IN BROWARD & PALM BEACH COUNTIES**Say hello to Clementine, a darling 9-year-old Yorkie who brings a soft sparkle to every room she enters. At just 7 pounds, she’s a plush little bundle of calm joy, perfectly sized to tuck into your heart and carry tote.Clementine recently received a full dental cleaning with extractions, and her blood work and urinalysis show she’s in great shape for her age. She does have a common small-dog condition called a luxating patella (a wiggly kneecap), but it does not require surgery. The X-ray showed the start of arthritis. She has started joint supplements and dances excitedly to explore on her walks. And speaking of walks... this little lady lives for her strolls! She delights in sniffing around new places and struts with confidence once she feels familiar with the path. She’s also an adorable “dancer,” twirling with excitement when it’s time to eat or head outside.Clementine travels well in the car and is the perfect companion for errands, cafe lunches, or cozy evenings in. What she truly desires is a peaceful adult home where someone is around often to share in her quiet routines, gentle cuddles, and the simple joys of life. Her personality is affectionate without being demanding, playful without being wild, a soothing presence for someone who appreciates the grace and gratitude of a dog who’s known life and is ready to savor the best chapter yet.If you’re seeking a loyal little companion to share your days with—someone who will love your presence just as much as your touch, Clementine is ready to be your sunshineThis dog's adoption fee is $450 to go towards their vetting (vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm/Ehrlichia/Lyme test, fecal test, pre-op blood work, dental cleaning, and microchip as well as grooming if needed). If you are interested, please fill out the adoption application For additional information regarding our adoption process, please check our FAQ's Page.  *All dogs in the care of Get a Life Pet Rescue live in loving foster homes while waiting for their perfect match. They don't live in cages or crates (unless there is a medical reason to do so.) They are treated as family pets while in our care. * All dogs in our care are fed premium brand holistic food as well as supplements and vitamins specific to each dog's needs. We don't buy inexpensive bulk dry kibble; our rescues are fed premium wet food diets as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program to ensure maximum health. All of our rescues receive complete quality vetting including full dental cleaning with pre-op bloodwork, spay/neuter, vaccines, and grooming. Dogs in need of specialized medicine will be seen by specialists, such as full cardiac workups, and ophthalmologist visits, all suspicious lumps, and bumps are biopsied, and every medical need is transparent to potential adopters. *Once you adopt from Get a Life Pet Rescue, you become part of our compassionate family and we are here for you if a problem with your precious dog arises.
