Meet Winston

WINSTON is a 7-year-old Olde English Bulldog. We cannot say enough good things about this fellow! He lost his home through no fault of his own. Winston was raised with children and is good with other dogs – he particularly loves little dogs – and previously lived with a cat. He has some slight allergies, which are under control with a limited ingredient diet, but might need vet intervention a couple times a year. Winston also has dry eye and needs drops twice daily for the rest of his life. But for a bulldog, he is an amazing shape! A good boy when getting his nails done - possibly some arthritis in his right toes. As he ages, he might not be a good match for a rough and tumble toddler but he enjoys his walks and is a perfect copilot in the car. Because he is 7, we ran a mini blood panel which looks great. Negative for Heartworms and tick borne diseases, vaccinated, and previously neutered. Winston is available now - Bulldog experience a plus! Adoption $250. Apply at www.companimals.org.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters must first fill out an adoption application. Once approved (vet refs checked, home visit etc) the applicant meets with the pet. If all goes well there is an adoption contract and adoption fee (varies per animal). All dogs/cats are neutered & vaccinated prior to adoption. Adopter must agree to return the pet to CompAnimals if for any reason during the pets lifetime the adoption doesn't work out.
