Meet River this little girl has a face of pure sweetness written all over it. River is a five-month-old female mixed breed weighing 17 lbs. with a beautiful coat. River came to the states from Puerto Rico. She is estimated to be a medium sized gal of under 60 pounds when fully grown.She is playful, sweet and is currently working on her house, crate and leash training. River is good with other dogs and kids but she has not had the opportunity to meet a cat. River has a medium energy level, so she loves to play. Playing out in the yard, playing fetch or going for a walk or hike, or a ride in the car or just snuggling on the couch and watching some TV or spending some quality time with the family is what she wants to do. River has not had an easy life so far and she just wants to be with her forever home sharing all the love she has to give. Dogs are such wonderful additions to the family river will be a great part of the family where she will help create beautiful memories. She has so much love to give, find it in your heart to bring her to your family and she will give you so much love and return.* Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
