Meet Connor O'Cleary Irish *LOCAL* MEET ME!

To apply to adopt this dog now, complete our adoption application             HERE To see our upcoming events where you can meet some of our dogs, please see             HERE Age: About 12 weeks (as of 5/13/2023) Weight:  About 5 lbs. (as of 5/13/2023) Location: RI    This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Looking for Irish eyes (and soft, cuddly fur) that will keep you smiling? Check out the adorable Irish litter. These gentle, sweet Sheltie mixes are playful, gentle, and smart. They do well with men, women, dogs, and cats and are tolerant of children. They love to meet new people and visit new places and settle quickly once they check out the new the sights and get a good sniff of things. They also travel well, calmly in a crate. This is Connor O’Cleary. His coat is a beautiful buff color with just a touch of brown at the edges of his ears. He’s a bit less fluffy than his litter mates, but adorable, nonetheless. These pups are affectionate, outgoing, intelligent, even-tempered and eager to please and will fit into just about any home. They enjoy tug-o-war, toys, playing fetch, and going for walks. After some play, they will be happy to chill out and cuddle with you and soak up some love. Being puppies, these lads and lass are working on their manners (they jump a bit…but hey, they’re puppies), potty, and crate training. They respond well to corrections but will benefit from training that will help them refine their skills and create a strong bond with you. An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see      HERE      for more information about this. To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website:    www.sosarl.org/aa/ *  *Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
