Meet Phyllis
Here is a pooch who just loves to be loved! Our girl Phyllis is a 5-month-old Hound mix with a short brown and white coat. She currently weighs about 31 pounds and is expected to be a medium size gal (up to 60 pounds), when fully grown.Phyllis is a medium energy level pup who is very comfortable around children and other dogs. All house, crate and leash training are in progress. Her behavior around cats is unknown.Like her littermate Kelly, sweet Phyllis may be a bit shy at first but soaks up attention like a sponge. Full of curiosity and wonderment, she is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. Nothing would make Phyllis happier than to find herself in a forever home where she can play, snooze, explore, romp and impress you by being the awesome family dog she is meant to be. Her home needs to be one where there is an ongoing commitment to training, providing exercise and plenty of affection. Phyllis says she is going to be the best of the best. We just love the way she thinks, and you will, too! * Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust significantly better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Phyllis is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. To get the ball rolling, head over to our Adoption Application and submit your application today. A Dog Star representative will contact you within 24 hours. To speed up the process, contact your vet and give them permission to speak with us.
Adoption Process
