Pet Res Q Inc. is a not for profit 501c3 organization dedicated to saving unwanted pets. Most of our rescues are "special needs" whether it being badly abused, older or handicapped. Without Pet Res Q Inc. euthanasia would be their destiny. This huge, loving task requires continual funding to offset the costly expenses of veterinary care, transportation, feeding and housing costs. Pet ResQ Inc. exists solely on donations and volunteer's efforts.

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE APPLYING. You must live within 1 hour of Tenafly, NJ Cleopatra, is a 3-year-old French Bulldog who's been through the trenches but remains as regal as her name suggests. This retired mill mom had to face the challenges of life head-on, but she's now recovered and eager to find a loving home that understands her unique journey. Cleo is spayed and current on her vaccines. Cleo is practicing to be an escape artist, she will try to climb obstacles in her way.  Cleo will need another dog in the home.   Highlights about Cleo: Conquered Pyometra like a Warrior Queen. Almost entirely housebroken (she's such a quick learner!). Loves the breeze on her face during leash walks. Is super funny and energetic but will lay at your feet as long as you stay She will follow you everywhere and is getting better at trusting every day.  Good on car rides Great with other dogs her own size and kids - another dog is required to adopt Needs a fenced in yard - NO electric fence. To all Bulldog-savvy families: Cleo will thrive best with someone who understands and appreciates her breed. If you've had Bulldog experience, Cleopatra could be the missing piece to your home!  A gentle reminder: Cleo's adoption comes with conditions. It's vital for her new family to have pet insurance, as French Bulldogs, despite their irresistible charm, can have medical needs. The adoption fee reflects the dedication and commitment required to care for such a special breed.
