Meet Snowflake
Looking for a perfect, sweet, and cuddly dog to join your pack? Well, look no further! Here I am, Snowflake! You’ll never find another dog like me, unique and wonderful all my own. I’m told I’m a very sweet girl, love to cuddle up and get all of that attention that you have to spare. I’m also very good with my crate. I love going in and sleeping at night in there, it’s so cozy! So far, I’ve been nervous at times around other dogs, maybe get a bit sassy here and there, but I think I just need a little bit of time and patience when meeting new furry friends. I do enjoy good pack walks with other doggies. I also enjoy all of my toys. My foster parents say I’m so quiet and joyful when I get them. What can I say! I know what I love! I also really love my humans that I’m with. Sometimes, I get real anxious when left alone, get a little curious about some places I probably shouldn’t be. (Closets, the counter, you know…) We’re working on that and I’m getting better. We’re confident with proper love and training, I can rid myself of that separation anxiety in no time! I haven’t really been around cats or children at all, so we’re not sure how I’d do with those types of companions, but I do think I’d love a couple of doggy playmates! If you’re looking for a beautiful girl, who will give you lots of love in exchange for your affection, then look no further… you’ve found me! So if you’re ready to meet me, please fill out an application for me, Snowflake!
Adoption Process
Our Adoption Process
After you submit your adoption application, via our website, http://TaysiaBlue.com, a Taysia Blue volunteer will
contact you within 2-3 days. We are most interested in which type dog will
be a good fit for you and your family and the other pets in your home.
We will also contact you by phone to learn
more about the dog you're looking for and to review the current available
dogs in our rescue.
We will schedule an appointment for you to meet the dog(s). If a match is made,
we can complete the adoption process at that time. If we don't find the
perfect match, we'll keep trying till we do!
We hope that your home is the very last stop on the dog's journey and we do
all we can to help you and your dog make the transition easier, including
providing you with an information packet loaded with tips and resources.
Our quality standard vet care is as follows:
• Spay/Neuter - All dogs will be spayed or neutered prior to being
adopted.
• Heartworm Test - If the heartworm test is negative, the dog is placed on
regular heartworm preventative. If the heartworm test is positive, the dog
is treated to eradicate the heartworms and then placed on regular heartworm
preventative.
• Rabies vaccination
• DHP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo) vaccination
• Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccination
• Flea and tick preventative
• Microchip
