Meet Izzy

Izzy is a black-head tri corgi looking for her forever family! She is 3 years old and weighs 27 pounds. Some say she is a part-time seal because she you will always find her going on her back for pets! Izzy is looking for someone who will be by her side and love her as much as she loves her humans. She will follow you around with a smile on her face and will melt on the floor when you pet her! She also loves cuddles and is the happiest when she is next to you. Izzy is also very playful and therefore is looking for a playful fur-sibling her size to play with.  Izzy is potty trained and crate trained. Her crate is her safe space and she will in there when she needs her alone time. She loves walks and being outside. She will sit by the door and wait for you to let her outside to run around. She is not a good fit for an apartment situation and  a fenced in yard is REQUIRED.  Due to her past living situation, Izzy may get nervous in busy and uncomfortable environments until she settles. During these times, she may growl at people and other dogs (especially bigger dogs). It is important that her future family is patient and understands this so they can work with her on getting more comfortable in those situations. Once she is comfortable, she will be her playful self again. We have not tested Izzy with cats or kids, but respectful children 10+ years old should be okay. Izzy is spayed, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. Her adoption fee is $450 and we are not doing any out of state adoptions.

Adoption Process
Meet and greet application, personal and vet reference check (we require all current and previous pets be altered and utd on fire vaccs unless vet note), home/yard/fence check and meet with all member in home including both two and four legged. If determined to be a good fit, adoption contract and payment. We require dogs must be returned to our rescue if adopter can no longer care for the dog.
