Animal Rescue Mission

The Animal Rescue Mission (ARM) was created to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home unwanted animals while educating the public on how to provide a safer, happier world for all animals. Ensuring that every formerly homeless, abused, and neglected animal receives the rehabilitation they need and then be matched with a permanent loving home is our goal.

Meet Dustin

Meet Dustin a sweet 2 or 3-year-old Yorkie/Maltese mix. Despite his small stature, this little 5-lb dog is all puppy vibes! He was recently rescued, and although his past may be a bit of a mystery, he is doing amazingly in a foster home. Dustin has been vetted, neutered and is ready for his forever home. He exudes confidence and he is warming up to humans of all ages.We feel Dustin would do best in a home with older kids as he has lots of energy and is FAST! He has a funny personality, loves to run around, and will need proper boundaries in place like leashed walks unless in controlled areas (he loves to run!) or a backyard with a fence. In keeping with the puppy vibes, he has gentle demeanor and unwavering loyalty, Dustin is more than just a rescue dog — he’s a reminder that dogs are resilient and all they want is love!

Adoption Process
An Application and home visit is required prior to final placement and that home visit does not guarantee placement. Per COVID we may ask for a video home check in lieu of a physical check. A charitable donation per dog of $500 and $150 per cat $200 (for a pair of cats) on the day my new pet is in my home. More details in the Adoption Application/Contract.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
