Meet Pippin D4656

Sweetie Pippin was rescued from a crowded distant shelter. He was found by a kind citizen on a hot day on the streets with heat stroke and could not move. She picked him up and a vet tech just happened to drive by and helped take him to her vet office. Vet cooled him down and cared for his recovery. Then he was left at the shelter for stray hold. He was in a cage with 2 other dogs and great with other dogs. Despite all the barking dogs in the noisy shelter he was gentle and sweet. He will also stand up to beg. So cute. When his time was up the shelter contacted us to rescue him. Pippin was transported and got vet care with our vet. He was very sweet with vet office staff. Pippin is relaxing at his foster home with another male schnauzer. He loves to follow and snuggle next to person. Pippin had a long busy day on the day we rescued him and he needs time to relax. He did fine being bathed by his foster home. He will be groomed soon. More info. to come.
