Meet SLIM

03/17/2025Here is Slim's report card from Tails and Trails! What did we do on today’s adventure: Today my two walkers met me at the shelter. I was timid getting the collar on and in the car, yet I was always gentle. I walked 6 miles on the Hamilton Creek trail and showed my walkers that I am NONREACTIVE, a LOOSE LEASH WALKER and a very TRUSTWORTHY DOG!. I loved the walk…lots of sniffs and photo shots. I pulled only once when a dog did a play bow at me and I wanted badly to play! It rained so I got dried off with a towel and my walkers put a nice dry bath spray on me. I look so handsome. What should potential adopters know about me: I’d like potential adopters to know that SLIM is just a really nice NICE dog. He was skinny when he came to the shelter in December, thus the name SLIM. He eats well and is a healthy happy and NICE dog! I have walked dogs out of the shelter for three years and I have no idea why such a nice dog ended up here. I have no idea. He is one of the best! Please come meet him…you won’t regret it.Three words to describe me: TRUSTWORTHY FRIENDLY SWEET **** Foster suggest giving a treat before leaving, wanting to know you are coming back!
