Meet Fernie!Fernie is a 1-year-old male Border Collie who’s still getting his bearings in the shelter environment. He was easy to intake and greeted staff with a friendly but timid demeanor. While he can be a bit shy in the kennel, Fernie’s sweet personality shines through once he’s outside. He’s gentle, curious, and slowly opening up more each day. We’re still getting to know this handsome boy, but one thing’s clear—he’s got a kind heart and is ready to find a patient, loving home to help him blossom.
