Foster or Forever home wanted!!!! Meet Toby!!! Toby came to us as an owner surrender when sadly his family’s situation changed. They were truly heartbroken. Toby is a petite cocker spaniel / lab mix at about 30 pounds. Toby has basic skills and is said to get along with other dogs. Toby is understandably shy and overwhelmed right now with the loss of his original family. We’d like to get him back into a home as soon as possible.
