Meet Perseus, the adorable, scruffy terrier mix. He has lived with a variety of people in his previous home and would often greet people by jumping up and licking them. Perseus prefers to be with is people and does not love being left alone. A home where he is with someone more often than not would be the best fit. His favorite activities are playing fetch, cuddling and going for walks. Perseus has lived with dog-savvy cats in his previous home and coexisted nicely. He knows âsitâ and âdownâ and enjoys joining his 2-legged companions on car rides. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
