Meet SCOUT*

Meet Scout! This adventurous hound mix came into the Shelter as a stray. Staff are not sure about her life before the Shelter. She has been social and sweet since arriving. She has been quiet and easy going in the kennel and goes out for walks and play easily with staff and volunteers. Scout can be a forward player and may not be every dog’s cup of tea. A dog that enjoys some rough and tumble may be a fit for her provided they meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. We do not have any history of Scout with cats, small animals or kids. A home with kids may be a fit but due to Scout’s eager nature, cats and small animals may be a bit too interesting for this gal.Through April 30th – all dogs over 40 lbs have a ½ off adoption fee! Big dogs have lots of love to share so consider adding one to your family today!
