Meet Milo Sr.

Milo Sr. – Fox Red Male, 9 years, 62 lbs. Milo Sr. is part of our vintage collection - a mild mannered, easy going, friendly lovable chap.  This senior boy had a loving home for his entire life, raised inside and house trained, he’s an easy going fellow looking for a nice home to live out his senior years. He loves to snuggle and has found that sleeping on the bed with his foster mom suits him perfectly. Milo Sr. has plenty of pep in his step, and he still loves a game of fetch, enjoys chewing a good toy, chasing other dogs, and a long walk suits him well.  He has great leash manners. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and has learned to also respect and co-exist with four house cats.Milo Sr. is currently managing moderate cognitive canine disorder (dementia). Initially, he came to us overmedicated, but after careful adjustments, he's made significant progress on his new medication. While he experiences occasional nighttime confusion and agitation ('sundowners' syndrome), his condition is manageable with patience and understanding. Milo Sr. can still enjoy a happy life as your buddy - he just needs some special accommodation to live his best life and someone willing to give him comfort and stability to live out his senior years. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this gentle soul, please submit an adoption application at www.labrescuefresno.org     If you are interested in adopting through Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno, you must first fill out an Adoption Application located at our website www.LabRescueFresno.org All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines including rabies; flea/tick topical drops, heartworm tested and microchipped.
