Looking for a loyal, goofy, and energetic companion who will never let you feel alone? Meet Scooby Doo, a sweet hound mix with a big heart, fast legs, and an even bigger love for his people. Scooby is happiest when he's outside, running, sniffing, and chasing squirrels like itâs his full-time job. He loves to play ball, enjoys walks, and is eager to learn â he already knows a few basic commands and is quick to pick up new ones when treats and praise are involved. His energy is high, but so is his potential!Around older kids (ages 11+), Scooby is playful, friendly, and just the right amount of silly. He thrives in an active household that can provide structure, training, and LOTS of outdoor time. That said, Scooby isnât a fan of being left alone â not even for a little while. Heâs incredibly attached to his humans and will cry if heâs left behind. Because of this, Scooby needs a home where he will not be left alone (ideally someone home full-time, or with a lifestyle that allows him to be by your side throughout the day). In his current setting, heâs shown that confinement or isolation leads to destructive behavior like tearing blinds or damaging screens, so heâll need a patient, understanding adopter who can help him work through this with time and support.
