We are a few dedicated individuals who have formed Adopt-A-Stray in order to save many adoptable pets that would otherwise be euthanized in the shelters in our area. We routinely pull dogs and cats from the euthanasia list, as well as take in strays and owner surrenders as space allows.
12/16/23 Rita is a very sweet, happy, friendly girl who will do well in most any home! She is not shy at all! Rita's litter came into rescue as an "accidental" litter, surrendered by the owner. We believe she is a Lab mix and will probably be 40-50 pounds full grown. She is currently 12 weeks old as of 12/16/23. She is good with dogs, cats, and kids.
