Meet Aries

This is Aries who has one brown eye and one piercing blue one, which give him what’s commonly called an intense gaze. It’s like he has X-ray vision and can see through you and into the back corners of your mind. He can’t, but that blue eye does look magical! He’s a striking Catahoula mix and has the spots to prove it. Aries is house trained and enjoyed interacting with the pre school aged child in the home he is fostered in. He is very much a catahoula personality, with a need for exercise and stimulation. He can be stubborn, but he also loves big and is a lot of fun to be around. Aries is about 11 months old. We don’t have his weight yet, but a preliminary guesstimate puts his adult weight at 65 pounds. We’ll adjust that when we get more info. Aries is a people dog. He's not good with other dogs.  He’s still a puppy with a short attention span. Aries needs direction, attention and love.  He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative , and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He is very much a catahoula personality, with a need for exercise and stimulation. He can be stubborn, but he also loves big and is a lot of fun to be around. He is a good boy who would benefit from some training, but has the potential to be a great buddy. He would do great as an agility dog or just a hiking/running partner! Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations.
