This girl is never afraid to speak her mind—whether she wants attention (which is always) or just needs you to know she’s slightly uncomfortable (like, say, her bed isn’t fluffed just right), Nessa will let you know. Loudly.She’s a cuddle bug who will wrap her paws around you in a full-blown hug just to say “I love you.” But don’t be fooled—she’s also got a diva streak worthy of her namesake from Wicked. Like Nessa Rose, she’s sensitive, opinionated, and maybe just a bit high-maintenance. Stub a toe? Cue the dramatic sighs. Get brushed the wrong way? Prepare for a full performance of whines, grumbles, and puppy eyes. She likes Esme the shelter cat and the other dogs at the shelter. Nessa thrives on affection and routine. She’ll do best in a home that appreciates her expressive personality and is patient with her quirks. Our adoption fee's include: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, including Rabies, de-worming, 1 dose of flea/tick preventative (for dogs) or flea preventative (for cats,) heartworm or FeLV/FIV Testing and Heartworm Preventative for the first month. Adoption fees vary, please contact us for more information. Please note that heartworm testing is administered to dogs 7 months of age or older. Booster vaccinations or any follow-up veterinary care post-adoption is not included with the pet's adoption fee.

Adoption Process
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, heartworm testing, FIV/FeLV testing, 1st month of flea/tick preventative, 1st month of heartworm preventative (if age appropriate.)
