We are a few dedicated individuals who have formed Adopt-A-Stray in order to save many adoptable pets that would otherwise be euthanized in the shelters in our area. We routinely pull dogs and cats from the euthanasia list, as well as take in strays and owner surrenders as space allows.

Meet Hank

Meet Hank! He is about 3 months old (DOB 2/20) and looking for his forever home! His mom is an Australian Shepherd/Cattle dog who weighs about 25-30 pounds and dad is an English Shepherd who weighs about 50 pounds. He is good with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is crate trained and working on house training. He is submissive, eager to please, and learning quickly with positive reinforcement. He has almost mastered “sit”. He is active but not hyper. He’s a little more outgoing than his brother. A little goofy, with a happy go lucky personality. His brother, Rusty (red and white), seen in some of the pictures is also available.
