Blaire (A136084) is an 8-month-old Lab mix who weighed 28 pounds on intake! 04/21/25 Little Miss Blaire is back at the shelter due to no fault of her own, but because her owner felt they did not have the time to devote to her care. Blaire is still looking for guidance with potty training, kennel training, and basic commands. She is a smart pup who just needs some time devoted to her. Blaire was described as friendly in her past home but still has no experience around babies or children. She was raised with another dog and was described as quite playful! Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with any and all new potential friends. Blaire does enjoy having chew toys around or she might find herself something to chew on that she shouldnât have. Her adoptive owner realized that having a puppy at their age was a bit too much to handle. However, they did state that Blaire is a very friendly and affectionate puppy who loves to cuddle! She also did great with the older dog in the home! She is a puppy so she is looking for a home that can continue to help her grow into the best version of herself. She still needs help with potty training, kennel training, basic commands, and continued positive socialization. And she is quite the social little butterfly. Blaire arrived at the shelter as a stray after being found at the transfer site. She is an absolute sweetheart and wants nothing but attention, a comfy bed to lie in, and a few toys to play with! However, keep in mind that puppies are a lot of work and a large responsibility. She will need help with potty training, basic commands, kennel training, and continued positive socialization. She is in her teething phase, so providing her with appropriate chew toys is also important. Puppies are mouthy â she is just a baby, so she is still learning!
