Chikuu (A138415) is a 5-month-old husky mix who weighed nearly 25 lbs at intake!05/17/25 These small little huskies are Chikuu and Cedar! These boys were brought to the shelter after being part of an unplanned litter and their previous owner not being able to find homes for them on their own. Chikuu and Cedar are both very small for their breed and age, but we promise they are 7 months old! They have all of their big kid teeth, which is the most reliable age marker between 4 and 7 months of age in dogs! These boys have not been exposed to much in their lives, so we do not know for certain how they do around children or other animals. Please make sure all introductions are done slowly and in a controlled manner. Chikuu and Cedar have lived their lives mostly outdoors in a fenced area, so they will need some help with potty training and kennel training. So far, Chikuu seems to have made a little more progress in potty training than Cedar. These pups are happy go lucky little fellas looking for their forever homes.
