Bambi (A138209) is a 10-month-old Dachshund mix who weighed 17.8 pounds on intake!05/01/25 This sweet shy lady is Bambi! Bambi was left in our overnight drop-off cages without paperwork, so we do not know her history. At the shelter she has been a really good girl but quite reserved. However, once she builds a rapport with her person, she is all wiggles and tail wags to greet them! We do not know if she has any experience with children so if you have kiddos in the home, please ensure you are making appropriate introductions. We also have no known history of how she interacts with other animals. Proper introductions are key to setting her up for success! Bambi would benefit from attending a basic obedience class with a certified trainer to continue building her confidence and to learn a trick or two! She may also need some continued help with potty training. If you are interested in meeting this beautiful little lady, please let us know!
