Hades (A133481) is a 1-year-and-6-month-old Anatolian Shepherd x Lab mix available for adoption. 06/03/25 Hades was surrendered to the shelter because he was not the right fit for his most recent home. Originally, after being adopted from the shelter as a puppy, he was rehomed to his most recent family due to them moving. However, after 6 months of trying, he was still chasing after the cats. We do recommend that Hades goes to a home without cats. He was said to do well with other dogs. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions. Hades was said to do well with babies, children, and women. He can be timid when meeting strangers. His prior owner noted that he is wary of men. Approaching him in a calm, fear-free manner will help set him up for success! Hades was said to be kennel trained and mostly housebroken. He was also said to know the commands sit and kennel. Hades would benefit from attending a basic obedience class to continue working on his manners and building his confidence. If you are interested in meeting Hades, please let us know! 02/06/24 This adorable litter of puppies were surrendered to the shelter because their prior owner was having difficulty finding homes for them. Puppies are a lot of work but a great reward if you have the time and energy to devote to their upbringing! They are going to need help with potty training, basic commands, kennel training, positive socialization, and so much more! Puppies are a big commitment, and they are looking for owners who will be invested in their care as they age (that even means their teenage years)! These pups have been super sweet while at the shelter and have seemed very confident at their young age! If you are interested in adopting one of these little nuggets, please let us know!
