Meet Sassy.

adoption donation : $799 weight 15 lbs  Age: 5 months as of 10/15      Sassy and her sister Susie are adorable puppies that were found abandoned in a ditch in a rural part of Mississippi. A good Samaritan took them in and Wags stepped in to help find them loving homes.    The  girls have both been vaccinated and are enjoying their days romping and playing together and snuggling in a puppy pile to nap.  We’re really not sure of their mix, they seem to have some golden retriever/lab in them, but they are on the smaller side and will probably be on the small side of medium size dogs full grown.      Susie and sassy are full of kisses and puppy wiggles and love to romp and play and then snuggle together for a puppy nap. They are quite mellow, they just love attention and will make wonderful family dogs.     The girls are too young to be spayed, they will be spayed when they’re older, Wags will pay for the procedure of one of the clinics we use in the northeast or else reimburse adopters what we pay if they decide to use their own vet.     Like any puppy Sassy and Susie need a family help train and guide them so they can grow up to be the very good girls we know they can be.     The girls are currently in Mississippi, but ready to come to the northeast on Saturday, November 2.     Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay or neuter at one of the clinics we use. For more information on adopting any of the Rosies please email [email protected]

Adoption Process
we have an adoption application and require a deposit while we check references, we do home visits or ask for videos, and FaceTime if we’re not able to get to the home.
