Meet Noggin
Young, floofy Noggin is on the hunt for a new home to call her own! You can count on this outgoing girl to be the life of the party, ready to greet new guests with a friendly head butt or hang out while you work from home. She’s always willing to join in on Zoom calls! But she’s happy to snooze contentedly on a soft blanket too. Noggin has some kitten energy in her and loves to chase toys around the house. She lives with older cats and dogs, and can be a bit pushy at times to get the best food or napping spot. She would thrive in an environment where she can be the center of attention or with a buddy who isn't afraid to put her in her place if needed. Noggin loves people of all ages and is very cuddly and affectionate. She’s still working on her communication skills, and can get a little saucy if overstimulated. Noggin is FIV+, but is asymptomatic and ready to lead a long, healthy life. She can still live with other animals, as it is only transmitted to cats through deep bite wounds. This girl is full of love and personality—now she just needs someone to share it with!! Approximate DOB: 2022 Foster Home Location: whitewater FIV, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, is a virus that cats an contract that affects their immune system. A common misconception is that it is "kitty AIDS," which is not the case. Cats with FIV can lead normal lives but to require a bit of extra attention to their health since their immune system is not 100%. FIV cats can live and co-exist happily with non-FIV cats, for more information visit: http://www.wivotersforcompanionanimals.com/current-stories/category/fiv-cats To learn more about FIV in cats: https://www.alleycat.org/resources/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv/ If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff Please allow several days for us to process your application.
