Meet Yannie
Yannie came to the shelter as a stray on March 2nd and was never reclaimed. We soon found out she was pregnant so got her into foster care - sadly her pregnancy wasn't viable and she lost her babies. Yannie is a very sweet, calm and friendly girl who is pretty quiet and doesn't meow much. She loves being scratched and petted and comes right up to you and just wants to be with you. Doesn't seem to interested with toys, but that could change. She's not too concerned with other cats and most likely would do well with dogs. Her foster says she would make a great cat for someone looking for a companion - would that be you?? If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the cat of your choice. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at: https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-guidelines/
