Little Orphan's Animal Rescue, Inc.

Little Orphan's is the only rescue offering low cost spay/neuter assistance and TNR of feral cats in Marquette County, WI. The driving force behind our services is the unacceptable numbers of cats and dogs euthanized in United States shelters each year. We are staffed by unpaid volunteers who work non-stop to aid all the animals in need that we are able to.

Meet Stewart

Oh Stewart! This is probably one of the sweetest cats we have been lucky enough to know. He is so loving and sweet, despite everything he has seemingly been through. He was found outside of a local business, in need of some food, some care, and lots of love! Which we are so happy to give, and Stewart gives it back to us times 100. He will start to purr the second you touch him, he is happy to be picked up and he will crawl up your shoulder just to be close to you. Stewy loves affection, he is good with our other (fur) residents, seems to be fine with dogs, and really just seems to just be happy to be alive. He was in rough shape when he came in, very dirty and thin. He has since been cleaned up, neutered, vaccinated, and we are working on helping him to put some meat on his bones.  If you are looking for a true best friend, Stewart is your guy! Please consider adding this guy to your family, he is amazing.  Complete our online adoption application @  www.littleorphans.org to start the process of adding this cat to your family/home. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip. We try to process applications as quickly as possible, but we are all volunteers, so please be patient with us. The process can also take longer if we are unable to connect with landlords, vets, and/or references. Please try to give all parties a "heads up" when applying as it helps to move the process along. Thank you for considering all of our Little Orphans.

Adoption Process
Upon submission of an application, references are checked and a home visit may be conducted. Adoption fees vary and are included in each pet's description.
