Meet Sammi & Stevie Bonded!

Sammi (Short for Samantha) I was rescued from living in an abandoned mobile home but had to be released because I had kittens and I hid them really well.  I was rescued again when my kittens were about 4 weeks old and I brought them out. I am very sweet and gentle. It might take me a while to trust. I am a little apprehensive but once I get to know you, I love to be petted, have my belly rubbed and brushed. I like playing with my squeeky toy. I can be picked up, but don't like to be held. I will do best in a household without other pets as I tend to avoid them and hide in my room. I will do best in an atmosphere with young adults or older as I will need some patience until I get used to you. I was just at the vet and did test positive for FIV.   I am not showing any symptoms at this time and I can live a normal life.  For more information about FIV please read this article.  https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv Stevie  -  I was born approximately April 28,2022 Sammi is my mama and we are very close. I am a beautiful orange kitty and  I like to run, play, climb, hunt and I like puzzle toys to keep me busy. I like to be petted, but only like to be picked up and petted on my terms. I am very sweet, but also sassy and feisty. I will do best in a household with young adults or older as I do not like being picked up and will squirm away and I need someone to be patient with me while I get used to you. I have a crooked tail but it does not bother me.   We are very bonded so we need to go to a home together.  If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out an application at our website https://pawsuppetrescue18.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=5164
