Meet Crouton
Meet Crouton! She’s a sweet and super playful young lady with a love of small toy mice and head bonks. She always gets her daily steps in with frequent zoomies, chasing toys around the house or just running for no apparent reason. Crouton has lived with other cats and gets along well, especially with friendly felines who will join in her games of tag! Crouton may be a little shy at first, but is very mellow once she feels secure in a new place. She is affectionate and very chatty (especially when she’s trying to lure you to the food bowl for breakfast!) She has earned the nickname “Squeaks” for her characteristic chatter. Crouton is happy doing her own thing but also enjoys snuggling up in bed for cuddles. She may give you some playful nibbles if you attempt belly rubs, but is very gentle with her play. Crouton is an adorable, lovable goofball who would love to have a family of her own! P.S. Crouton’s ear is tipped because she was originally going to be part of a trap-neuter-return project. But she decided that she’d prefer the indoor life instead—smart girl! Approximate DOB: 2021 Foster Home Location: Elkhorn If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home. Our adoption fees: Kittens (under 6 months): $150 (or 2 for $225) Adults (6 months to 7 years): $75 (or 2 for $100) Seniors (8 years and up): $40 (or 2 for $60) All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.
