Meet Trill
Trill is an adorable tabby who is searching for a gentle and patient home. Growing up, she was the smallest of her rowdy siblings and likes to watch the action from the sidelines. Trill is curious but cautious with new people. She may take a few weeks to start coming out of her shell, but she secretly enjoys snuggling up on the couch and receiving soft belly rubs. It’s the best reward when you earn her trust and she feels safe enough to be affectionate When her siblings are preoccupied, Trill can be a very playful squirt! She enjoys wand toys and chasing mice, but her absolute favorites are pom poms. She’ll carry them around and bat at them for hours. She loves other cats, especially cuddling up with her big foster brother. Trill gets lactulose (an inexpensive prescription stool softener) once a day in her food to keep her stools moving well. This is a precaution since a couple of her littermates were treated for megacolon as kittens. Luckily Trill has never had symptoms, but adopters should be willing to monitor and treat if any issues arise in the (hopefully very distant) future. Learn more about megacolon here: https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/megacolon-in-cats Approximate DOB: May 2023 Foster Home Location: Madison Consider adopting 2 kittens! There are many benefits including: - One kitten can become lonely and bored - Two kittens will keep each other busy - Having two kittens is very entertaining! - You’ll have fewer behavioral issues with two kittens - You’ll save TWO lives instead of just one - Adoption fee is discounted for the 2nd kitten If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff Please allow several days for us to process your application.
