Fierce Love Rescue is excited to bring a new twist to animal rescue in northern virginia. Not only do we rescue we educate. FLR is excited to help exotic pets, not just cats and dogs, find their forever homes. We offer training and education on some amazing breeds and species. Our selection of amazing animal ambassadors are available for public education sessions for all ages. FLR is fiercely devoted to adopting and rescuing all species of animals, as well as promoting animal welfare, advocacy, conservation, and education.We rescue all animals with fierce love and dedication.

Onyx - Sometimes, my foster mom thinks I only slow down when I sleep, but I think she's just impressed with my energy level HAHA. I'm the smallest one in my foster home, but I'm a scrappy little thing and love to play hard with my bigger kitten friends. I'm almost five months old now, but when my brother, Coal, and I were found, we had been alone for three days, after our mother passed away. I still miss the closeness I had with my mommy and I will try to nurse from a mole on your leg, if you have one. Adoption Process
After submitting and initial application, and vet check and home visit are done. There is no application fee, only an adoption fee which is based on species. All animals must be spayed or neutered and up to date on preventatives.
