Meet Jack 2: FIV+

Meet Jack, a sweet six-year-old boy looking for his forever home! He's a special boy because he's FIV+. We promise, it's not as scary as it sounds! We’ve listed some quick facts about FIV: -FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficincy Virus. This virus attacks the cat’s immune system, making them immunocompromised. -FIV can not be transmitted to humans or other animal species like dogs or rabbits, only to cats - mainly through deep puncture/bite wounds. -FIV cats can go on to live happy, long lives with proper care! Keeping your cat indoors and having regular vet check ups are good management practices for FIV. Don’t let Jack’s diagnosis be the only thing you see! He is a affectionate boy who does great with dogs! He is neutered, litter box trained, and up to date on vaccines. He would love for a home of his own.

Adoption Process
We require fees, contracts and a question and answer screening process.
