Meet Milo
Looking for a feline friend who's as unique as they are adorable? Look no further than Milo! With his rich orange eyes, adorable ear tufts, kinked tail, and feet that look like double paws, Milo is truly one-of-a-kind.Despite facing some tough times, Milo's heart is as big as his polydactyl feet! He's longing for a loving family who can show him that the world can be a safe and cozy place. While new noises make him a bit skittish, his love shines through in the presence of gentle souls, especially children. Once he feels secure, he will relax and purr (and even smile) and cuddle and seek attention, especially from children, or his trusted person. He is very loving. He loves to bump heads and rub against his trusted person. He will even hold your hand with his extremely unique paws! He will lovingly follow his person all over the house (he’s indoor only), and is very talkative (he even says “hi” and “mom”). Milo would make a good ESA for a gentle child, looking for a rewarding relationship once he has learned to trust his new environment.Sadly, Milo has seen some of the worst sides of how humans can behave, so he is going to need a lot of reassurance from his new family that they love him and are not going to hurt him. His instinct is to try to hide or run when adults enter a room. Milo will need a family that can be patient and reassuring to him as he settles in to a new environment. His ideal family has a gentle child or two who are willing to be patient and and build a gentle bond with him to help him build confidence. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Young cats have an adoption fee of $175. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
