Meet Shadow and Casey
I have been feeding two feral cats here on the condo property. The mother cat, Shadow, came along about a year ago and I was trying to trap her to get her spayed. Then along came her kitten, Casey, and I started feeding both. I have a woman interested in adopting both cats however, I now realize that the mother is pregnant. I am planning on delivering her the kitten and will confirm that she will take Shadow once she is spayed. I am hoping that your organization can take in Shadow to have her kittens in a safe place, and then spay so that I can then deliver her to the woman that wants to adopt both of them. I believe the Shadow is probably only 3 weeks away from delivering the kittens. I feed both cats every day around the same time and have a large cage that they feed out of. I could deliver the Shadow in that cage if that would be appropriate. I plan on dropping off the kitten to the adoptive home on Monday and would like to make a game plan to find this Shadow a safe place to have her kittens and then hopefully your organization can find appropriate homes for the pending kittens. Thank you so much for what you do I am retired and on a fixed income, but will gladly donate something in order to get the proper care for this beautiful cat. We just went under a new property management as well as a new board here at our condo and I am very concerned since a letter went around about not feeding feral cats sometime ago. And I am concerned that they will contact animal control, and the animals will be destroyed. UPDATE Shadow has had her kittens and they are on the next-door property since she’s been going underneath the fence. she actually led me to where her kittens are although I couldn’t see them because they’re not on our property. I don’t know what to do at this point. I can be reached at 401–290–8748 Thank you **** Breed: Unknown **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2153004&flag=1
