Meet Hope

Hope and her brother Justice are not just kittens; they are a testament to resilience and love. Despite facing the challenges of feline leukemia, they embody a spirit that's nothing short of remarkable.Hope is a fluffy bundle of love waiting to bring warmth and joy into your home. With fur as soft as cotton, it feels like a dream. She might be a bit shy at first, carefully observing the world around her, but once she feels the love, get ready for a purr-fect friendship!Along with her brother named Justice, they make quite the dynamic duo. they love to wrestle, tumble, and play with all sorts of toys. Despite being the bigger one, Hope is happy to let Justice take the lead in playful adventures.  She’s not just a playful kitty; but a purring machine!  Pet her, and you'll hear the soothing melody of purrs filling the room.Hope and Justice are ready to shower you with love and bring endless smiles to your life. Will you be the one to give Hope and Justice a forever home filled with warmth and affection? Because FeLV is contagious to other cats, Justice and Hope are searching for that special someone that will love them despite their positive diagnosis and will provide a home where they’ll be the only cats or to a home that already has a cat with FeLV.  CARE will provide post adoption support in the care of these two sweet kittens. Please contact CARE to learn more about this special pair!  Hope and Justice are being fostered by Caring for Creatures Sanctuary. Please submit an online application here: https://caringforcreatures.org/cat-adoption-application/ for more information.Kittens that Need You Most!Hope and Justice are two healthy kittens that simply require a little more care and attention.  FeLVies are cats that have tested positive for the feline leukemia virus. The virus causes a weakened immune system (and is not a form of cancer) and while FeLVies have a shorter lifespan, they have the same quality of life and are purrfectly adoptable!  To keep them healthy; protect them from stress, feed a high quality diet, keep them safe indoors and address health problems as they arrise. Adoption fees are waived and CARE provides ongoing medical care for conditions related to the virus.  An adoption counselor can help answer any question you may have. To learn more about Feline Leukemia: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-leukemia-virus#:~:text=Prognosis,is%20diagnosed%20is%202.5%20years.https://www.animalhumanesociety.org/resource/feline-leukemia-virus-felv-what-you-need-knowhttps://kittencoalition.org/understanding-feline-leukemia-virus-felv-and-supporting-felv-positive-cats-transmission/https://www.facebook.com/groups/26073442228
