Felicity was found wandering the street not knowing where she  was. to be lost, and totally blind is unthinkable. The kindness of a person that cared saved her but now she is safe in a foster home with Care. she is a quiet and gentle 12-year-old female that will take some adjustment to get used to her new surroundings.
