Meet Marie

Marie is a beautiful tortoiseshell cat with the perfect blend of chocolate and caramel colors, including a little caramel dot right on the tip of her tail. At five years old, she is sweet, curious, and cuddly, and she is happy to be picked up for some up-close-and-personal love. If you sit down on the floor at the rescue when she is out of her cage, rather than roaming around, she'll spend all her time with you. She might just stand up, put her paws on your shoulder and rub her nose against yours--the perfect feline kiss.She arrived at the shelter as a stray, but everything about her—from her confident, loving nature to the fact that she was already spayed—suggests she was once a cherished pet who simply lost her way. Adoption Process
Dogs: $100 - Includes Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia Test, DHLPP and Rabies Vaccination, Dewormings, flea and tick treatment (if needed), and Spaying/Neutering. Puppies (0-6 months): $150 - Includes 3 DHLPP Vaccinations, 3 Dewormings, a Certificate for a Rabies Vaccination, flea and tick treatment (if needed), and Spaying/Neutering by a participating veterinarian. Cats: $40 (or 2 for $50) Includes Feline Leukemia/Aids test, 2 RCP Vaccinations, Rabies Vaccination, 2 Dewormings, flea and tick treatment (if needed), and Spaying/Neutering. Kittens (0-6 Months): $80 (or 2 for $120) includes a Feline Leukemia/Aids test, 3 RCP Vaccinations, 3 Dewormings, Certificate for a Rabies Vaccination, flea and tick treatment (if needed), and Spaying/Neutering by a participating veterinarian.
