Friends of Rowlett Animals

FRAs is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between shelters and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.

Hi there! My name is Meeko, and I’m a 2-year-old grey and white DSH boy. I’m a confident and curious guy who loves to explore my surroundings. Being confined isn’t really my thing — I prefer to perch on a cat tree where I can keep an eye on everything and feel safe. I used to live with another cat, but our owner decided to surrender us to the shelter. I’m ready to find a new family where I can feel comfortable and share my playful, affectionate personality. If you’re looking for a sweet, adventurous feline friend, I’d love to meet you! I am available for adoption at PetSmart Wylie located at 3340 FM 544 #800, Wylie, TX 75098. Adoption Process
Adoption fees range from $75 to $125, and the adopters sign an adoption application stating that they will take care of their new pet both physically and emotionally.
