Meet Triple Sec

Meet Triple Sec, a 1-year-old orange tabby with a heart full of love and just three legs. Don’t let that fool you as this charming boy is as happy and playful as ever. Rescued from Dallas Animal Services after being flagged for emergency rescue due to an injured hind leg, Triple Sec underwent a successful amputation and has been recovering like a champ. Although he's still adjusting to life on three legs, Triple Sec handles it all with impressive ease and curiosity. He's shown interest in other cats and could enjoy a feline buddy with a proper introduction. He hasn't met any dogs or children yet, but his mellow and affectionate personality suggests he could adapt well in a variety of homes. Triple Sec is the definition of a cuddle bug. The moment you start petting him, he happily flips over for belly rubs and chin scratches. He’s low-maintenance during the day - rotating between nap spots on his cat tree - but is always game for a play session when you initiate. Lickable treats (especially the 'Nacho' brand) are his absolute favorite, and he’ll gladly trot after a tossed treat or pounce on a feather with all the enthusiasm of any young cat. His calm demeanor, cuddly nature, and adorable belly-up poses make him an irresistible companion. Triple Sec would thrive in a home that offers a bit of routine, cozy spots to nap, and humans who enjoy cuddles as much as he does. Whether you're gone during the day or work from home, he'll be content knowing snuggles and snacks are coming his way. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion with a resilient spirit and endless affection, Triple Sec is your guy. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption.
