Saving South Texas

Our mission is too save the lives of at-risk animals in South Texas through fundraising and forming out of state transport partners. Texas has a high euthanasia rate and a large number of stray animals that deserve a chance so we formed to help those that are in rural areas and oftentimes overlooked.

Meet Theodore

Theo is a sweet boy who came to us and quickly took us on quite the journey! A few days after taking him in, his foster mom noticed he was not eating and seemed to have an upper respiratory infection. He went to the vet the next morning where they discovered more was going on and he was rushed into emergency surgery for a blocked urethra. He has recovered nicely, but because of the stress he’s been under, it is best we find him a local home instead of sending him to an out of state partner. He’s been great in his foster home! He’s very loving and is grateful for his new life. Theo is about a year old.

Adoption Process
In state adoption for adult dogs is $250 and for puppies is $300. If you are out of state, you also pay transport which is usually $200-$250. We do a vet check and a video home check. We have an adoption contract and a two week trial period.

Look for other cats for adoption!
