Meet SNOOPY (Neutered!)

SNOOPY was dropped off at the shelter in mid April 2025. He is listed as a 7 to 8 year-old male cat. Luckily, he is already neutered! His intake weight was just over 11 pounds. He has a lot of white markings as well as the brown tabby markings, making him a very beautiful boy. He does get along with other cats as he has already been housed with at least one other male cat who was already in the male cat room when he arrived. Because SNOOPY is already neutered, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size cat carrier with you to the appointment in case you do decide to adopt SNOOPY or one of the other spayed or neutered cats currently at the shelter. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
